Well life has been pretty busy lately! Paul and I took the new car in for a service on Friday as we thought it's better to pick anything up sooner rather than later. There were a few issues like illegal back tyres that somehow managed to get a dodgy safety certificate on them (like a warrant but only has to be done when you sell a vehicle), leaking cooling system and a broken exhaust mount. So we took it back to the car yard on Monday and they fixed it for us. Yay! Although we don't really trust their mechanic so we're going to take it back to our one, who came highly recommended, for a final check. So fingers crossed the car goes ok :-) Plus God was very nice to us and sent some rain overnight to wash the car for us too ;-)
Getting another good dose of rain (well there was only about 14mm overnight in the city I read somewhere - had more on the coast) after all the rain we had last week as been great as now our lawn is lovely and green. Even the grass verges on the side of the road are green!!
I was off in Sydney for 2 days last week - very exciting! But i shall write more about that later. Right now I'm at work so I'd better do some of that aye ;-)
